LONDON, April 8 – “The Raelian Movement’s assertions are once again proven and are now widely reported to be correct,” said Marcus Wenner, Ph.D, a Raelian guide in the United Kingdom.

He said the Raelian Movement teaches techniques that have always claimed to promote a happier and healthier mind and body, including key teachings that include fasting or a calorie-restricted diet. According to Wenner, these teachings were given to Rael, leader of the Raelian Movement, almost 40 years ago by an advanced race of human scientists who claimed to have created all life on Earth.

Wenner described a study in which doctors followed the health and habits of more than 200 residents in the state of Utah, where fasting for at least one day a month is a way of life for many Mormons. X-ray scans revealed narrowing of the arteries in around 75 per cent of those people who didn’t fast compared to only 63 per cent of those who did. Fasting also appeared to more than halve the odds of developing diabetes, according to the study, which was presented at the American College of Cardiology conference.“The Raelian Movement has taught for several decades the huge benefits to our bodies if we do a 24-hour fast once a week and drink only pure water,” Wenner said. “To ensure in the recent study that the results were not due only to fasters having healthier lifestyles, the researchers carried out a second study on people who were not regular fasters.
This second group ate nothing for 24 hours while drinking only water. They underwent a series of health checks and were also monitored while eating normally. The tests revealed that water-only fasting triggers a significant surge in human growth hormone, a hormone credited with speeding up metabolism and burning off fat.”

Wenner said that with each passing week, new independent studies are published that prove Raelian teachings have always been huge leaps ahead of established thinking.

“Surely we are arriving at the unavoidable position of having to ask ourselves, ‘What else was Rael correct about?’” Wenner commented.
“Evidence in Rael’s favor and the Raelian Movement’s favor is stacking up daily!”

Wenner said the Raelian Movement has often been ridiculed for its claims.

“Some out-of-touch people may still think the assertions made by the Raelian Movement are far out, crazy or wacky,” he said. “But the truth is now becoming apparent and is being backed up by modern scientific discoveries on a daily basis. The Raelian teachings contain the truth of our origins as well as a revolutionary philosophy that will help all of us to live happier, healthier lives.”
